Restorative Yoga Flow: This practice typically involves a series of slow, deliberate movements combined with long held postures to release tension and stress while improving flexibility and balance. Props will be provided. Feel free to bring your own bolsters and blankets.

Non-members are welcome to join for a $10 fee per session.

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel in advance to allow others the chance to participate. A $10 no-show fee will be applied to your account for missed reservations.
