Total Body Laura 8 10 2022 for 2022-08-10

A mix of exercises between Strength, core and a little bit of cardio. 1 minute each exercise with 15 seconds to recover or reset. 
We'll repeat all exercises 2 rounds or maybe 3! 
Go as hard as you want to, take it easy when needed!
